Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide top-notch support to our leadership team in their day-to-day operations. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, working part-time 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Chief People Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
* Manage diaries, travel, and meetings requirements.
* Lead a team of 2 Team Assistants.
* Create professionally presented documents including Board papers and PowerPoint presentations.
* Arrange invitations, prepare agendas, and take minutes for executive team meetings.
* Manage catering and meeting room setup for on-site meetings, as well as organizing Board and offsite events.
* Assist with documentation under the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR).
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is confident in supporting multiple stakeholders and prioritizing their requirements, ideally within the financial services sector. You will bring the following key skills:
* Demonstrated experience in an EA role with a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, with great attention to detail.
* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills with a high level of initiative.
* Experience in producing Board papers, reports, and other high-quality documentation.
* Intermediate to advanced level of skill in Microsoft suite.
* Ability to exercise discretion when handling sensitive information and ensure confidentiality.
* Previous experience leading a small team.
