In less than two years, we have grown to support over 100 participants and have just expanded to our second hub. We offer a range of programs across employment, tertiary education, independent living, and community participation.
About The Dance Fitness Program
Dance Fitness is one of our most high-energy programs, designed to support participants in improving physical health, coordination, and social connection through movement and music. This program is about more than just exercise — it's about confidence, creativity, and building a sense of community.
The program is structured around fun, accessible, and inclusive sessions that allow participants to experience:
* Different dance styles and fitness activities in a safe and supportive environment.
* Improved physical wellbeing, stamina, and body awareness.
* Opportunities for teamwork, self-expression, and social interaction.
It is not about achieving perfection, but about enjoyment, participation, and discovering a sustainable way to include fitness and movement in everyday life.
