This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting mission-critical hospital systems on an initial 12-month contract, with potential for extension. About the Role: As an Application Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting clinical and business applications within a hospital environment. Your primary focus will be on supporting systems that rely heavily on SQL, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient issue resolution for end-users. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for hospital applications across clinical and administrative departments Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including data-related errors using SQL queries Work closely with end-users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve incidents Assist with application upgrades, testing, and deployment Maintain documentation of systems, support processes, and known issues Skills & Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Application Support (Mid-level) Strong working knowledge of SQL (writing queries, troubleshooting data issues) Previous exposure to healthcare or hospital IT systems is highly desirable Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes Strong communication and problem-solving skills What’s on Offer: 12-month contract with possible extension Work with a respected healthcare institution Supportive team environment Great opportunity to gain healthcare industry experience To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
