Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality commercial advice and services to support the delivery of major capital projects.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing commercial, contractual, and financial issues associated with public infrastructure or construction project procurement and delivery environments.
You will also have demonstrated understanding of development and delivery methodologies appropriate for infrastructure projects under a range of contract types, including preparing tender documents, evaluating tender proposals, negotiating contract terms and conditions, and awarding major construction contracts.
As a Commercial Manager, you will work closely with contract administrators and the procurement and projects teams to implement commercial and contracting arrangements that ensure delivery against commercial objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in the management of commercial, contractual, and financial issues associated with public infrastructure or construction project procurement and delivery environments;
* Demonstrated understanding of development and delivery methodologies appropriate for infrastructure projects under a range of contract types;
* Ability to prepare tender documents, evaluate tender proposals, negotiate contract terms and conditions, and award major construction contracts;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
