Hifab is sourcing a team of fabricators/welders for upcoming projects. Family business located in Wetherill Park but with projects/clients all around Sydney. We look to deliver on infrastructure projects but also look to work with other fabrication businesses in Sydney.
Nature of work: Fabrication, installing, repairing, and maintaining boilers, tanks with structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum.
Project 1: Infrastructure Project
* Position: Boilermaker/Welder (ASAP start) + Fitters (2026)
* Shifts: Day & Night (12 hour shifts)
* +$70 p/h
Project 2: Aluminium Fabricator (Workshop)
* Position: Welder
* Ad-hoc/On-call support
* Subcontractors welcome (+$60 p/h)
Project 3: Balustrade installer/fabricator
* Welder, fabricator, installer
* Possible sponsorship (for the right person)
* $35 -$40 p/h (depending on experience)
Project 4: Stick Welder (2026)
* Stick welding on pre-cast concrete (2nd class welders welcomed)
* Upskill program available.
* $35 -$40 p/h (depending on experience)
