Job Summary:
Our team delivers 24/7 care, scheduling visits at convenient times to meet our clients' requirements.
* Offer a premium care experience that's genuine, compassionate, and personalised
* Deliver care according to the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
* Ensure the safety needs of the client are met and equipment is used safely and properly
* Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
* Conduct Nursing Assessments
Requirements:

* AHPRA Registration
* Registered or Enrolled Nurse qualification
* CPR & First Aid Certification
* Valid car driver's license
* National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector)
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Approval
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
