It's a chance to be the difference.Reporting to the Youth Justice Client Services Coordinator, this is a permanent part-time postion 30.4 hours per week, based in either Shepparton OR Wodonga VIC.ConditionsCompensation is in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 4.You will successfullyProvide personalised, strengths-based support to young people through TSA's model of careHelp young people access education, housing, health services, employment, and cultural connectionsMentor young people to build life skills, confidence, and community - including after-hours supportWork closely with families, schools, courts, police, and service providers to advocate for young peopleKeep accurate case notes and contribute to service improvement through data and feedbackBuild genuine, trusting relationships that empower young people to reach their goalsChampion child safety and uphold TSA values in every interactionWhat you will bringYou are someone who brings empathy, initiative, and resilience to everything you do.
