About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Professional to design, implement, and

manage marketing initiatives that strengthen My GP Hub's presence in the community

and promote our services. This role requires someone with proven expertise in

marketing, social media, and event promotion, with a focus on reaching diverse patient

populations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to raise awareness of

practice services.

Manage and grow the practice's online presence across Facebook, Instagram, and

LinkedIn, with targeted strategies for audience engagement.

Design and coordinate patient-focused events, workshops, and health awareness

activities.

Analyze market trends and patient needs to guide effective marketing strategies.

Create and distribute marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, articles,

and digital content.

Apply artificial intelligence tools to enhance campaign design, data analysis, and digital

engagement.

Work closely with management to align marketing strategies with overall practice goals.

Build strong connections with community groups, health networks, and multicultural

organizations to expand patient outreach.

Skills and Experience

Minimum 3+ years' professional experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on

digital and social media platforms.

Bachelor's degree or higher in related field or MBA certificate.

Demonstrated ability to organize and promote events, campaigns, or community

programs.

Experience working in large or multinational organizations is highly regarded.

Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to create both strategic plans

and practical marketing content.

Experience with customer engagement, campaign planning, and crisis management.

Proficiency in using AI tools for marketing, content creation, or analytics.

Commitment to working in the Tamworth regional community and contributing to long-term growth.
