Project Administrator – Building Trades & Services
Full‐time, permanent opportunity with a salary of $70,000 per annum plus super. This role involves assisting with invoicing, progress claims, inductions, paperwork lodgement, document control, management reporting, procurement, administrative support to Project Managers, and labelling requests within the building trades and services department.
Key Accountabilities
* Assist with invoicing for the Service Department
* Complete all monthly progress claims for the department
* Assist with inductions for all staff
* Assist with paperwork lodgement within the department, such as O&M manuals
* Minor document control
* Compile management reports
* Assist with procurement as required across the department, including order amendments
* Assist Project Managers with general administration tasks
* Complete all labeling requests within the department
