This is an office-based role located at the national head office at Robina on the Gold Coast with fantastic facilities.

What you’ll be doing
As we engineer, manufacture and deliver our clients new steel kit buildings you will be responsible for managing and supporting them through their journey to ensure success, retention and satisfaction. This involves tasks such as:
* Providing operational and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
* Liaising with strategic supply partners on progress, performance and quality of goods and services.
* Utilising problem-solving and decision-making skills to address stakeholder issues effectively.
* Efficient triaging of external and internal communication channels including emails, phone calls and voice messages.
* Ensuring client records accurately reflect updates and progress.
About you
* Proven ability working in an administrative time critical work environment.
* Excellent written communication skills and highly developed stakeholder engagement skills.
* Confident communicating with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
* Comfortable working with semi-technical information.
* Accuracy and high attention to detail.

Job Details:

* Salary: $56,160 to $60,000 per year + super (depending on experience)
* Schedule: 8.5 hours a day, generally working 4-days (Mon – Thu) plus one Friday per month.
