We are now seeking a motivated Customer Service Professional to join our Client Services team, supporting customer service and delivery from our Geelong head office.
About You
The successful applicant will bring strong customer service experience, excellent attention to detail, and a friendly, solutions‑focused approach to supporting clients and internal teams. You’ll be confident communicating across the business, managing competing priorities, and working across systems to solve problems quickly. You take pride in accuracy, enjoy helping others, and maintain a positive, professional manner in every interaction.
Your tasks will include:
* Customer Service & Sales Support
* Service Delivery Coordination
* General Support
You are required to:
* Work shift work
* Have a strong customer service background with experience using CRMs in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
* Bring experience in traffic management, civil contracting, or rostering systems such as Traffio (highly regarded).
* Demonstrate excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with confidence managing multiple tasks.
* Be tech‑savvy with strong computer skills, accurate data entry, and the ability to analyse information.
* Be positive, organised, customer‑focused, and able to work both independently and under pressure.
* Hold a current Driver’s Licence.
* Hold a Traffic Management Licence (desirable).
* Hold a Construction Induction White Card (desirable).
