An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior or Principal Engineer to step into a key leadership role as Karratha Regional Manager, driving regional growth, leading projects, and building strong client relationships across the Pilbara.
This role is ideal for a well-connected professional with 10+ years' experience who is embedded in the local community and ready to take the next step into regional leadership and strategic influence.
About the Role
You will play a critical role in leading engineering outcomes, managing projects, and strengthening client engagement across major projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert technical leadership across Civil, Structural, Electrical or Mechanical disciplines
* Deliver practical, solution-focused outcomes on complex engineering projects
* Manage the full project lifecycle from design through to construction support and site-based activities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 mining, ports, and oil & gas clients
* Leverage your local network to identify and drive new business opportunities
* Lead and mentor junior engineers while fostering a collaborative team environment
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across remote and regional project sites
* Take ownership of regional growth strategy and client engagement in Karratha and the Pilbara

About You
* Minimum 10+ years' experience in Civil, Structural, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Strong experience working on major projects and with Tier 1 clients
* Proven site-based experience within mining, infrastructure or heavy industry
* A practical, solutions-driven mindset
* Well-established professional network across Karratha / Pilbara
* Strong leadership capability with the ability to mentor, influence and grow teams
* Commercial mindset with the ability to support business development and regional expansion
