Lead Mobilisation Officer
Our Client is a leading privately owned multi-disciplined engineering and maintenance services company which focuses on delivering a full range of projects within the WA mining industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the logistics and mobilisation of project and shutdowns teams, including resources, ensuring timely deployment in alignment with project timelines.
* Coordinate all travel, accommodation, and safety inductions for personnel.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Track and report on mobilisation metrics, offering improvements based on logistical data.
Requirements
* Experience in workforce mobilisation, particularly in remote or mining environments.
* Previous experience working on Rio Tinto and Roy Hill projects (highly desirable)
* Strong organisational skills and an ability to coordinate large teams.
* Knowledge of compliance regulations and safety protocols.
