Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our property management team as a Property Management Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the property manager with leasing, maintenance, inspections, and daily property management tasks
* Provide exceptional administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Driver's license
* Exceptional admin skills
* Social media proficiency
* Strong communication skills
* Property management experience and Real Estate Certificate preferred but attitude and work ethic are more important training will be provided to the right person
