Senior Sous Chef Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team at a luxury beachside resort. This exciting opportunity requires strong culinary experience, leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.


Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Head Chef in menu planning and culinary innovation
* Manage kitchen sections effectively, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with food safety regulations


Requirements:

* Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent qualification
* Proven culinary experience and leadership skills, preferably within a high-end resort environment
