About the Opportunity
As a Training Support Officer within our Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will be responsible for a range of training research, analysis, reporting and a broad range of training administrative support for the Training team. This includes managing customer training logistical coordination across multiple state-wide programs and contributes to continuous improvement of team processes.
In this role, you will:
* Coordinate training schedules, logistics, travel bookings, and administrative support for the Training Team.
* Support statewide training delivery through stakeholder communication, enrolments, attendance tracking, and reporting.
* Collaborate with customers and Team Leads to ensure effective implementation of training programs.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing processes and identifying better ways of working.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a high standard of work.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
* Proven initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to support team goals and outcomes.
* Experience using and supporting digital platforms and systems, including Microsoft Teams and learning management systems.
