Role: Early Childhood Teacher
Location: Western Division region, NSW – all centres are located within the Western Division region.
Salary Range: $45.45 – $68.53 per hour + Superannuation (dependent on qualifications and experience).
Employment Type: Full‐time Permanent.
About the Role
As a Teacher, you will inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, ensuring each child feels a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your enthusiasm will be reflected in mentoring and guiding educational practices in your room and working with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review and implement high‐quality early learning programs.
Responsibilities
* Implement the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Lead the classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families and children.
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
* Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
* Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program.
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
* Current Teacher Registration.
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
* Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
