Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education
The role of an Educational Leader is a key position in the educational program and practice, providing support and mentorship to educators and children.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing guidance and support to educators and children
* Developing and implementing professional development programs tailored to the team's needs
* Planning and facilitating critical reflection forums
* Collaborating on service quality improvement plans and self-assessment initiatives
To be successful in this role, candidates will require a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or an equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA, experience as an Educational Leader, and current Working with Children Check NSW along with First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
Competitive remuneration packages are offered, including above-award wages ranging from Level 1 ECT - $40.28 to Level 4 ECT - $49.40, plus a $2.50 educational leader allowance and wage retention grant.
