The Role
As a clinical manager you will drive care and continuous improvement. Never has this position been more important than it is right now in aged care. You will bring a capacity to lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals and care workers and act as a passionate mentor to your team.

Experience
* Experience as a Care Manager or within a similar role in a large aged care environment.
* AHPRA registration as a Div 1
* A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes;
* Knowledge of care planning
* Experience with clinical software packages
