SPK, our vibrant seaside café in Mornington, is looking for a talented Chef to join our friendly team.
The Role
* part-time or casual position available
* Stunning seaside location with a supportive, fun team
What You'll Do
* Prepare and serve high-quality lunch dishes and snack menu for Friday or Saturday evening.
* Handle a fryer section with confidence
* Report to out Head Chef
* Assist with menu development and execution
* Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency
* Manage stock and kitchen organisation
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Chef with proven experience in a busy kitchen
* Availability for one evening and one weekend shift
* Strong food safety knowledge and attention to detail
* Positive attitude, great communication, and ability to thrive under pressure
