The Opportunity
We are seeking a REVIT Technician to join our Structures team in Hobart. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute major infrastructure projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and learn directly from experienced engineers.
What You Do
1. Technical Drafting – Apply engineering design fundamentals to produce technical drawings using REVIT.
2. Collaboration – Liaise with engineering and design teams to deliver practical, high‐quality solutions.
3. Project Contribution – Support the delivery of major infrastructure projects (primarily via our temporary works team) including bridge and structural drafting.
4. Quality Assurance – Uphold documentation standards and apply necessary revisions to maintain quality outcomes.
5. Professional Development – Ongoing support to develop recognised technical skills and progress toward certification.
What You Bring
6. REVIT Expertise – Knowledge and experience using REVIT for technical drafting and design.
7. Infrastructure Experience – Experience in technical drawing and drafting for infrastructure projects and documenting in a range of materials is desired.
8. Time Management – Ability to deliver projects within short timeframes while maintaining quality.
9. Interpersonal Skills – Strong ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and communicate technical information effectively.
10. Problem‐Solving – Ability to address defined problems using established procedures and actively seek guidance when required.
11. Growth Mindset – Willing to step outside comfort zone and embrace new challenges.
