Job Role: Technical Field Engineer
This position entails delivering top-notch technical support services to our clients through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with customers at different levels.
The job involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ICT hardware, software, and peripherals. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and administering Windows OS and 365 systems. They must also possess strong problem-solving skills to efficiently manage queues using service management tools and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
We are seeking an individual who can provide expert guidance and training to new staff members to ensure consistency and quality service delivery.
The selected candidate will require strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. Leadership experience with a focus on service quality and client satisfaction is also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft products and services is necessary, as well as possessing strong people skills to engage authentically with stakeholders.
The role comes with domestic travel requirements and necessitates being an Australian Citizen. Furthermore, NV2 security clearance is mandatory for this position.
