You’ll also help them connect with essential services and foster a strong pathway toward greater independence and opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver strengths-based mentoring services across multiple sites.Support participants to identify and pursue individual education and employment goalsProvide coaching and guidance through challenges and changing circumstancesConnect participants with relevant services and local employment opportunitiesManage a caseload and maintain accurate, high-quality recordsAbout You:AboutYou’re someone who is passionate about helping others reach their potential. You may come from an employment services or community background and bring both professional and personal insight into what it means to overcome barriers.
