We work with organisations to design AI strategies, run hands-on build days, and rapidly test ideas through real-world AI solutions and workflows.
This is not a research role and not a pure engineering role. It's about
building useful AI solutions and explaining them clearly to humans.
Why This Role Exists
Our work spans three core areas:
* AI programs and build days (hands-on delivery and coaching)
* AI strategy and roadmapping (deciding what to build and why)
* AI proofs-of-concept and workflows (testing ideas quickly using AI and automation)
We're looking for an
AI Solutions Consultant
to support and progressively lead delivery across these areas. The role is designed for someone who learns by building, enjoys client interaction, and wants to work across the full lifecycle from idea to working solution.
The technical depth of the role can increase or decrease depending on the candidate
, from more facilitation and solution design through to deeper hands-on AI and automation work.
What You'll Actually Do
AI Program & Build Day Delivery
* Support and co-deliver AI build days and workshops (in-person and online)
* Help participants identify high-impact AI use cases in their own businesses
* Assist people in building simple AI tools, agents, or workflows in real time
* Provide follow-up coaching and support between sessions
AI Strategy & Roadmap Support
* Support discovery for AI strategy engagements (processes, constraints, readiness)
* Help structure and document AI opportunity maps and prioritised roadmaps
* Contribute to client-facing strategy decks and working documents
* Participate in client workshops and advisory sessions
AI Proof-of-Concept & Automation Work
* Design and build AI proofs-of-concept such as:
* AI assistants and agents
* Knowledge search tools
* AI-enabled admin, reporting, or workflow automation
* Work across low-code and no-code platforms, including n8n, Zapier,, Relay, Airia, Claude Code, and similar tools
* Assist with prompt design, workflow logic, testing, and iteration
* Clearly document solutions so they can be handed over or scaled
Operations & Insight
* Support participant onboarding, eligibility checks, and program coordination
* Maintain program databases and simple dashboards
* Assist with reporting, outcome tracking, and short delivery summaries
* Capture delivery insights, testimonials, and case studies
Continuous Improvement & IP
* Help refine workshop materials, strategy templates, and delivery playbooks
* Contribute to internal knowledge bases and reusable solution frameworks
Skills We're Looking For (or Expect You to Build Quickly)
* Strong interest in applied AI and real-world systems (show us what you've built)
* Hands-on experience with tools like Claude Code
* Solid understanding of prompt design and iteration
* Comfort working in tools such as Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace
* Ability to reason about systems, workflows, inputs, and outputs
* Highly desirable: experience with low-code or no-code automation & AI platforms

* Confident, clear communicator in workshops and client settings

Ideal Background (Flexible)
* Degree in computer science, data, engineering, business, or a related field
* OR equivalent experience through consulting, startups, research, or applied projects
* OR strong self-directed learning & relentless initiative with demonstrated applied work
