Program Support Professional
We are seeking a professional to deliver services that achieve optimal client outcomes and business performance.
This role requires knowledge of the issues affecting Aboriginal communities, societies, and cultures in NSW.
The successful applicant will provide high-quality support services, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
The Program Support Professional will work within program guidelines to deliver funded and fee-paying offerings, providing access to appropriate levels of service and support.
* Provide intervention, diversion, and capacity building services with a focus on housing, employment, and health.
* Use strengths-based trauma-informed practices to support individuals in building their capacity and resources for positive change.
