More About The Role

As a commercially driven Key Account Manager – Projects, you will grow our lighting projects business across Queensland. This role sits at the centre of the project ecosystem – working with installers, electrical contractors, consultants, specifiers, developers and end users to secure specifications and win medium to large‐scale projects.

You Will Be Responsible To

* Manage and grow strategic project accounts across QLD
* Drive specification and project opportunities from early design stage through to delivery
* Lead end‐to‐end tender submissions for strategic projects
* Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, engineers and key decision‐makers
* Deliver sales growth, margin and forecast accuracy targets
* Coordinate closely with internal teams (lighting specialists, quote support, supply chain, customer service) to ensure smooth execution
* Lead commercial discussions and negotiate project contracts
* Promote connected, digital and sustainable lighting systems aligned to customer needs

More About You

* 5+ years' experience in project sales or key account management within lighting, electrical, construction or building services
* Strong understanding of the QLD project landscape and customer network
* Proven ability to secure specifications and manage complex B2B sales cycles
* Experience working with consultants, contractors and government or commercial projects
* Commercially savvy with strong negotiation skills
* Comfortable managing tenders, pricing structures and margin analysis
* CRM discipline and forecasting capability
