As a world leader in automated logistic systems, we are excited to be in Australia and in partnership with the Coles Group.Based at our second Australian site in Kemps Creek, NSW, this role will see you join our team of Electro-Mechanical Technicians within our brand-new and fully air-conditioned automated distribution center.We are now looking for passionate and energetic Electricians for our Maintenance Teams on a permanent, full-time basis.Our technicians work rotating shift work 5.00am to 2.30pm & 2.30pm to 11.15pm (including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays).
About YouElectrical Ticket/LicenseCurrent CPR/LVR (within 12 months)Cert III or IV in Instrumentation & Control (Desirable)Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faultsConducting preventative maintenance on electrical/mechanical systemsCalibrating, testing, inspecting, operating, troubleshooting and maintaining electromechanical devices such as PLCs, motors, sensors, etc.Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and maintenance documentationStrong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.A commitment to safety and a proactive attitude towards safety in the workplaceA genuine interest in automation and technology, with the aptitude to learn current concepts and procedures.Meet The Physical RequirementsFrequent walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing for long periods of time.Working at heights of up to 30 metres (wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE)Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25kgs unassistedYour New RoleMaximize system performance and up-time through effective execution of all maintenance-related activitiesParticipate in a broad array of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervisionSupport Production Team through basic fault correction coaching and troubleshootingFault Finding and Rectification with electrics/mechanics in drive technology (motors/gears)Maintaining automation control technology (PLC /controls/inverters)Assist in the installation of new or refurbishment of existing system componentsFacilitate continuous improvement activities through broad system knowledge and site-specific enhancementsSupportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.What's in it for you?
