Key Responsibilities:
Work on configuration, customization, and support in the SAP SD module.
Handle order-to-cash (OTC) business processes including Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Delivery, and Credit Management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, WM, PP, etc.) for integration-related issues.
Provide solutions for business requirements, perform gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues in SAP SD.
Participate in system testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT).
Assist in cutover, go-live activities, and provide post-implementation support.
Prepare training documents and provide user training when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant.
Robust knowledge of
Order-to-Cash (OTC)
process.
Hands-on experience in
Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Sales Returns.
Experience in
integration with FI, MM, and WM modules.
Good understanding of
master data
(Customer Master, Material Master, Customer-Material Info Records).
Exposure to
SD-related reports, enhancements, and user exits.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
