The Role
This is a permanent, ongoing position offering real scope to specialise and grow within abuse law. Working with senior lawyers and partners who are leaders in the field, your responsibilities will include:
* Running a diverse and sensitive file load of abuse law matters from end to end
* Drafting advices, pleadings, and court documents
* Appearing at directions hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
* Collaborating with a close-knit, high-calibre team
* Supporting strategic litigation
Ideal for someone with 3–8 years PQE and prior experience in abuse litigation or institutional liability. You’ll enjoy being part of a team that values technical excellence without the burnout.
