Equipped with advanced patient care and operating facilities.Provides General Practice and Emergency Dentistry care, addressing a range of oral health needs.

What you'll be doing
In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will coordinate, implement and evaluate education and training initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and support high-quality oral health services across WSLHD.
Develop and deliver education, training and professional development programs
Coordinate mandatory training compliance, reporting and workforce education activities
Manage and evaluate programs including Dental Assistant Traineeships and Work Experience
Support quality, accreditation, infection control and workplace health and safety training initiatives
Partner with clinicians, educators and stakeholders to facilitate innovative learning outcomes

How to Apply

Experience in education and training
High level knowledge surrounding Dental Assistant certificate III training package
Expertise in educational program development, implementation and evaluation
Extensive clinical public dental and/or health related experience and knowledge
Proven ability in liaising with department heads across various oral health disciplines and clinics
TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or working towards this qualification
