As a seasoned leader, you will have the opportunity to provide operational direction to our Rail & Metro business. This role involves ensuring the technical excellence and performance of the sector, growing the function through optimal people management, commercial strategies, business development, client relationship management, and project performance.
The successful candidate will be recognised as an authority in the transport infrastructure design market, with 20+ years' industry experience. They will manage multi-disciplinary projects successfully, build trusting and productive client relationships, produce tender/proposal documents of an excellent standard, and lead a team effectively for performance and cohesion.
* Technical leadership and operational direction to the activities of our Rail & Metro business
* Ensuring the technical excellence and performance of the sector

Key Requirements:
