What You'll Do
* Fabricate and machine components to precise specifications
* Operate and maintain workshop machinery (lathe, mill, etc.)
* Read and interpret technical drawings
* Collaborate with a skilled team to meet production targets
* Uphold high standards of safety and quality
* Contribute ideas to improve processes and products
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III in Mechanical Fabrication (Required)
* Machining experience (lathe, mill, general workshop machinery) – trade background not essential
* Pressure welding tickets – highly regarded (extra pay)
* Ability to fabricate parts from engineering drawings
* GMAW and GTAW welding skills – an advantage
* Pipe fabrication experience – desirable
* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
* Forklift license – beneficial but not essential
