Job Overview
* Lead revenue growth and build meaningful partnerships that drive business results in the Melbourne market.
* Develop and execute a sales strategy for our VIC agency territory, working closely with Sales Managers to exceed targets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth and consistently exceed monthly sales targets across the VIC agency territory.
* Lead and develop a team of talented Sales Managers while building strong external agency relationships.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative, integrated advertising solutions that meet client expectations.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow our footprint with agencies and clients.
* Retain and grow revenue across existing clients through proactive pipeline management and compelling solutions.
* Lead major pitches and negotiations, including escalation management.
* Maintain deep relationships with senior agency leaders and client decision-makers across Victoria.
* Guide the development of best-in-class integrated media responses, leveraging our editorial calendar, digital expertise, and content capabilities.
Requirements
* 15+ years of experience in digital media sales, with at least 7+ years of leadership experience across multiple sales streams (agency, direct, independent).
* Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive commercial results.
* Strong existing relationships across VIC media agencies.
* Excellent pitch, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive innovation.
* Adept at balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
