Work with people who connect, collaborate, and make an impact together Real career pathways and leadership development Work with leading global brands like John Deere Access to the latest diagnostic technology and equipment in a clean, safe, and well-equipped workshop and for the road We celebrate wins, support each other, and build careers that matter What You'll Be Doing As a Field Service Technician, you will: Carry out diagnostics, repairs, servicing and maintenance on a range of heavy agriculture and construction equipment in the field and in the workshop Provide expert advice and support to customers, helping them get the most from their machines Accurately document all work completed, including parts used ad time taken Travel to customer sites at short notice ad adapt to changing schedules as needed Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic or equivalent Solid experience in Field Service, especially with heavy diesel equipment and major repairs Strong diagnostic skills across electrical, Hydraulics Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive and professional attitude Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results Holds relevant certifications or qualifications This role requires specific certifications or licenses; we'll request them later in the recruitment process.
