Job Summary

We're continuing to grow and are looking for a Demo Operations team member to help ensure our products and equipment are prepared, packed and delivered accurately for customer trials and workshops. This role is about more than logistics – it's about being reliable, solutions-focused and committed to delivering an exceptional experience for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

* Support day‐to‐day operations of the Demo team by preparing, packing and coordinating equipment for customer demonstrations, trials and workshops.
* Handle equipment with care and accuracy, including unpacking returned products, cycle counting inventory, and maintaining high standards.
* Collaborate with Sales Representatives and internal teams to coordinate requests, solve problems, and ensure equipment is delivered on time and in full.
* Manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
* Champion Stryker's values by demonstrating accountability, teamwork and a customer‐first mindset in every interaction.

Qualifications & Desired Requirements

* Proactive, resilient, with high attention to detail; comfortable working in a high‐pressure environment where mistakes can have a significant impact.
* Hands‐on, team‐focused, willing to roll up sleeves, take initiative, and support the team wherever needed.
* Self‐motivated and confident; able to stay calm and solutions‐focused under pressure while coordinating equipment and managing operational processes.
* Shows natural tendency to contribute beyond core responsibilities, brings positive energy, and enjoys collaborative teamwork.
* Demonstrates willingness to learn about Stryker's products and purpose, and desire to grow within a dynamic environment.

Location

This role is site‐based in St Leonards and is an onsite position. Travel is not required.
