Deliver point-of-care clinical supervision and 1:1 coaching in Maitland's high-volume ED.

Remuneration: $56.98 - $58.83 Per Hour + 12% Super + Salary Packaging
Hours Per Week: Up to 32
Location: The Maitland Hospital

About The Role
* Champion evidence-based best practice and person‐centred care through targeted education programmes that optimise emergency nursing outcomes.
* Deliver and evaluate robust education across all Models of Care (including Triage).
* Provide day‐to‐day clinical supervision at the point of care.
* Support new staff orientation and preceptoring.
* Facilitate 1:1 coaching, skill development workshops and in‐service programmes.
* Identify learning needs and implement education interventions.
* Contribute to clinical policy development and drive priorities through HNELHD's mentoring and leadership programmes.
* Create a safe, supportive learning culture for staff at all experience levels.
* Report to nursing leadership and work across the CNE team to ensure engaging, relevant education that meets individual and departmental needs.
About You
* Highly motivated emergency nursing expert with extensive ED experience and a passion for clinical education.
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Result‐oriented post‐registration qualifications in education OR critical care/emergency nursing.
* Extensive emergency department experience across all Models of Care (including Triage).
* Proven ability to deliver robust clinical education and facilitate learning.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
* Adaptable teaching styles for diverse learners and high‐pressure environments.
