Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Officer to join our Newcastle team.
About the Role
This is a full‐time role within a fast‐paced wholesale distribution environment supporting our national dealer network and remote sales team.
You will deliver exceptional customer service, efficient order processing, and proactive sales support to ensure our retail partners can confidently sell and support premium products.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level customer service to bicycle and motorcycle retailers via phone and email
* Process high‐volume sales orders accurately with same‐day turnaround
* Support the national sales team with internal sales administration
* Manage order processing, purchase orders, invoicing, freight coordination, and logistics support
* Assist with warranty claims, returns, and after‐sales service
* Maintain accurate customer records and product data entry
* Update and manage the company's B2B wholesale ordering platform
* Identify and resolve supply chain or order discrepancies
* Build strong dealer relationships and deliver solutions‐focused support
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Internal Sales, or Order Processing
* Experience in Wholesale Distribution, Trade, Retail Support, or Supply Chain environments preferred
* Strong administrative skills and high‐volume data entry accuracy
* Understanding of sales cycles, purchase orders, invoicing, and freight processes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
* Strong time management and ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
* Reliable, organised and results‐driven
* Industry experience within the bicycle or motorcycle sectors is highly regarded
