Support Foster Care Practitioners in Making a Difference
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to support foster carers in providing high-quality care to children and young people.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Maintain regular contact with foster and respite carers to ensure their needs are met.
o Work in partnership with the care team to provide comprehensive support to carers and children.
o Complete accurate and detailed case notes and maintain up-to-date records on relevant databases.
What We're Looking For:
* You will have a Certificate IV or above in Youth Work or Child, Youth and Family Intervention, or be willing to attain this qualification within two years of employment.
* Relevant experience in a paid or voluntary capacity is essential.
* A tertiary qualification in a Human Services related field, such as Social Work, is highly regarded.

About This Role:

Requirements:
* A current Australian Drivers Licence.
* Relevant experience in a paid or voluntary capacity.
