Park Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on leader to join our team as a Park Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team across various departments.
1. Lead and manage a team of professionals in administration, housekeeping, grounds, maintenance, and customer service.
2. Create and maintain a positive workplace culture with a strong focus on team performance and development.
3. Manage the park's finances and drive revenue growth through effective business partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
4. Ensure high operational standards in asset management, compliance, and park presentation.
5. Take a proactive approach to all aspects of park management, including after-hours responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who brings strong hospitality or accommodation-based management experience and a growth mindset. You will be confident in your ability to lead and elevate the needs of the park and the guest experience.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated skills and experience in hospitality management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proven experience in managing, developing, and training staff.
* Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office.
* A sound understanding of operating within budget and managing costs.
* Experience taking full ownership of a park operation.
* Previous experience with reservations systems (desirable).
* Current valid driver's license.
