Direct Furniture is a fast‑growing, family‑owned business with three locations in Midland, Welshpool, and Port Kennedy. We are expanding and opening a new store north of the river in the Joondalup/Wanneroo area.

Qualifications
* Previous managerial retail experience (preferably in bedding/furniture).
* Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
* Understanding of visual merchandising standards.
* Excellent verbal communication and English fluency.
* Computer literacy.
* High attention to detail in pricing and labeling.
* Ability to lead a small team and follow procedures.
* Willingness to work Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the sales team, close sales, and prepare quotes and invoices using a POS system.
* Follow up on customer enquiries by phone and email.
* Resolve customer problems and complaints in line with company policies.
* Explain product assembly (sofas, beds, cabinets) to customers.
* Maintain showroom tidiness and visual merchandising standards.
* Clean and dust showroom furniture as needed.
