On 1 January ****, Alfred Health will merge with Kooweerup Regional Health Service, Peninsula Health, Bass Coast Health and Gippsland Southern Health Service to create Bayside Health, a newly merged health service with more than 22,000 employees caring for a community of over 1.2 million Victorians. The merger will strengthen our workforce, providing new training, education and career opportunities. Subject to final approval on 1 January ****, all employees from the five health services will transfer to Bayside Health.

Support Services Overview
The Support Services team provides core cleaning, gardening, distribution, security, ward support, food services and car parking services. The Support Services Cleaner is a key operational role within this team.
The Role
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Support Services Cleaning team. In this role you will be responsible for the provision of high-quality cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide thorough cleaning of designated areas, ensuring compliance with standards.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues.
Follow infection control and occupational health & safety procedures.
Work flexible shifts, including weekends, as required.
Qualifications & Experience
A background of cleaning experience within Health and Aged Care Facilities or equivalent is required. Excellent communication skills are essential.
