* Maintain a luxury environment, ensuring excellent execution and maintenance of Visual Merchandising guidelines.
* Drive digital asset usage to enhance the customer experience.
* Retain and develop talent, leading a high-performing store team.
* Continually elevate the capability of the store team through recruitment, staff development, mobility, and effective succession planning.
* Advocate product, maintaining excellent product knowledge and driving the same standard across the store team.
* Nurture customer relationships, establishing customer-focused behaviors across the store team.
* Build and cultivate long-term customer relationships, leading the team to do the same.
* Drive store performance and productivity, building familiarity with the local external environment.
Requirements:

* Prior experience in luxury brands or environments.
