Job Description
Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
Provide support for audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
Collaborate with various departments to improve financial performance and processes.
Support the implementation of financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Management Accountant Should Have
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA).
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
Proven experience in management accounting within the property industry.
Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
