As the Store Manager
you’re the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
* Proven retail management experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
* Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.
* Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
* Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
