About Our Paid Media Role
We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Paid Media Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies and campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute paid media strategies and campaigns
* Analyse performance data and identify areas for improvement
* Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns for better results
* Manage budgets and bid strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
* Marketing degree or equivalent
* 1-2 years experience managing campaigns in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
* Strong time management and campaign planning skills
* Understanding of how to analyse data and formulate insights
* Proactivity and a love of what you do
