We are seeking Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care in an aged care setting located near Rockhampton QLD. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and caring professional who enjoys working in a flexible, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
* Monitor and assess resident health, administering medications and treatments as required.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure best practice care.
* Ensure resident safety and comfort, promoting dignity and independence.
* Support and educate families and staff on care-related matters.
* Comply with regulatory and clinical standards, including Aged Care Quality Standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Previous experience in an aged care setting is preferred, but not essential.
* 2024/2025 Influenza Vaccine Record
* Ideally with NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
* Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one)
* Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorships offered)
