Job Description
Fujifilm Australia is seeking a Territory Manager to join our Healthcare Division within the Endoscopy team across all states. This is a permanent, full-time position within a newly formed team.
* Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including specialists, surgeons, and nurses.
* Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
* Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote Fujifilm's endoscopy products and stay updated on industry trends.
* Preparing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
* Working closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns within the territory.
To Excel In This Role, You Will Need
* Demonstrated experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, particularly within the endoscopy field.
* A strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in the assigned territory and established networks within relevant medical facilities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
* The ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player within a dynamic sales environment.
* A proactive approach towards identifying opportunities for business growth and customer relationship development.
* A valid driver's licence as travel within the designated territory will be required.

Desired Skills And Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in the field of science, business or management.
* 5+ years' sales management experience in medical devices or the healthcare industry.
* Sales experience with medical devices.
* Great communication at all levels, an excellent negotiator and relationship builder.
* The ability to provide leadership and drive team culture to a diverse group of staff.
* Someone who shows energy and a strong desire for results through sales achievements.
* Willingness to travel.
