This role supports service provision within a designated area or function, by assisting with the completion of administrative tasks. These might include data entry, mail outs, customer service assisting with telephone enquiries and/or client engagement initiatives.
* Apply a friendly, customer service approach to interactions and communications
* Maintain client and staff confidentiality
* Contribute ideas for improvements to documents or processes as you have them
* Assist with the maintenance of accurate records and sound administrative processes
* Be a positive advocate for People Who Care
* Make your Coordinator/Manager aware of any complaints or concerns raised and help us to be responsive and respectful of these
* Help us to maintain a friendly and helpful environment that clients and staff enjoy
