Aboriginal Child Protection Caseworker Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Aboriginal Child Protection Caseworker. This role will involve working with vulnerable children and families, providing support and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities:
* Provide casework services to Aboriginal children and families, including home visits, phone calls, and meetings.
* Develop and implement safety plans to ensure the protection and wellbeing of children at risk.
* Collaborate with other agencies and community organizations to provide comprehensive support services to clients.
* Conduct assessments and develop reports to inform decision-making and service delivery.
* Participate in court processes, including preparing documents and attending hearings.
Requirements:
* Diploma or degree in social work, child and family welfare, or a related field.
* At least 2 years' experience working with vulnerable children and families.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organizational skill and attention to detail.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
