We're expanding our Maintenance team at our Bathurst mill and have multiple full-time positions available for experienced tradespeople ready to make an impact in a well-supported, tight-knit team.
This is a hands-on, site-based maintenance role with strong exposure to fixed plant and ongoing capital upgrades. You'll be involved in planned maintenance, reliability improvements and supporting new equipment installations as the site continues to invest and grow.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Maintenance Fitter, you'll:
* Deliver high-quality mechanical maintenance and breakdown repair services
* Minimise downtime through proactive and preventative maintenance
* Support continuous improvement activities and equipment reliability
* Maintain workshop tools, equipment and work areas to a safe and organised standard
* Work closely with production and maintenance colleagues to achieve shared outcomes
What We're Looking For
You'll be successful if you have:
* Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (or equivalent)
* Strong experience with hydraulics and pneumatics (essential)
* Current Driver's Licence
* Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience (timber industry skills highly regarded but not essential)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A practical approach to problem-solving and prioritising work
